Carrier order placement and tracking

Receive orders and stock telco cabinets

Update Atlas with received lines, including device information from vendor or scanner

Monitor late adds in the Noob Tool: Identify and alert techs

Deliver phones to the weekly Noob orientation, the help desks and users

Review user porting requests for accuracy, validate request, communicate with user to initiate with carrier and assign request to Telco Tech

Identify and track international travel service changes through corporate travel

Identify, track and create tickets for individual vendor usage alerts

Loaner device tracking and recovery: Review loaners in the field, contact users when loaner terms reach end, recover devices, process devices to go back into inventory, keep Atlas updated

Manage refurbishment of returned devices: Identify, gather and track devices, work with vendor, put devices back into available inventory

Communicate monthly TEM reports and alerts to users

Process termed user devices: wipe device, refurbish as required and place back into inventory

Process user request for porting from corporate to individual: Place request with carrier, track the number until the user has processed on their side, remove record from Atlas

Contact users via SMS to finish porting process, and otherwise suspend line and appropriately update Atlas
