H2 Performance Consulting (H2PC) is seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to join their team in Pensacola, FL. This position requires a highly advanced senior lead with strong technical and leadership skill as well as a strong background in telecommunication fundamentals and wireless technologies.

Strong knowledge of and the ability to solve complex issues in the following areas is required:

Ø RF engineering principles (RF communications theory, design principles, network optimization).

Ø Network architecture (4GPP Air interface, standards, technology, evolutions).

Ø Wireless engineering principles (cell site/tower design, attributes and specifications, and RAN design, spectrum/frequency planning, etc.).

Ø Hardware (Cell site equipment layout, network infrastructures).
Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must be able to provide a proven track record for the following:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Ø Minimum of 5-8 years of equipment installation experience, wireless telecom preferred.
Ø Ability to effectively lead a crew to the completion of and in conformance with schedule, customer requirements and budget guidelines.
Ø Experience with ISO standards of performance.
Ø Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred.
Ø OSHA 10Hr Safety Course preferred.

Ø Manual dexterity to input data into the computer, the ten key calculator and operate a fax/copier.
Ø Ability to stoop and bend, lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand and climb, twist, turn, pull and push.
