Telecommunications Technician (Job Number: 321379)
SAIC is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist in Wallops Island, VA.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will perform first line technical support to WICC computer customers with questions regarding voice and data telecommunications equipment installation, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. May maintain liaison with outside vendor and order equipment as needed.
AS and/or 2 years working in DoD Data Telecommunications Service Desk, Network Operations Center or Global/Theater NetOps Center (GNC/TNC) environment.
