Job Purpose / Objective

Coordinate assignments specific to the function of team, department or business unit

Essential Job Functions and Primary Duties

Function as administrative liaison with internal and external clients

Administer special projects as requested; communicate status

May conduct research; produce reports

Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications

Execute administrative duties as assigned

Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications Required

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

1 years of relevant work experience within the functional discipline of position

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

Proficient use of applicable technology

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
