Position Duties:
The candidate should have skillsets in the area of in-vehicle telematics, specifically in managing the day-to-day operations of a 24x7 cloud network architecture providing real-time location based services directly to customers under the SYNC Services and MyFord Mobile suite of features. Each solution has one or more unique elements consisting of hardware, remote systems, and multiple network architectures or communication channels.
Minimum Requirements:
BSEE
Navigation systems (embedded, mobile, and hybrid systems)
Embedded Telecommunications Devices (NAD) Remote Diagnostics and Over-the-Air programming
Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) Systems Distributed / Cloud Computing Systems Engineering Processes and Methodologies
Preferred Requirements:
MSEE
