DESCRIPTION

Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union has been chartered since May 18, 1936. Over the years our charter has expanded to include other local government jurisdictions and entities in its field of membership. We are a community chartered Credit Union who serves anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers or attend school in Nassau County. We have grown to over $350 million in assets, serving over 29,000 members in four locations with additional offices available through the shared service center network.

DUTIES

Our Call Center Reps. play a vital role in the customer experience at Nassau Financial! We are looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to help grow our organization.

  • Deliver superior advice to build relationships with our members regarding savings, loans and IRA products.
  • Seek to provide efficient "one call" resolution to our members concerns
  • Execute tasks as assigned to include but not limited to check processing, document review and new account opening as needed
  • Ability to provide Outstanding Member experiences while handling a high volume call center environment.
  • Excellent listening & outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates self confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments.
  • Ability to handle client concerns with courtesy, tact and professionalism.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications including word and excel.
QUALIFICATIONS

Job requires a high school degree or equivalent with adequate proficiency in language, math and reasoning skills. One year and a half experience with savings and/or loan products required. eeo.m/f/v/h.
