Telephone Sales Associate
We are presently searching for a Telephone Sales Associate who can join the DSS Research team. The Telephone Sales Associate is responsible for selling business research services to prospective clients in the health care industry.
Pay is $10.50 per hour plus generous commission structure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in health care industry
Present business research services over-the-phone and answer questions
Close prospective clients to purchase products and services
Coordinate inside sales process from start to finish
Required Education: All applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
1+ years of telephone sales experience
1+ years of telemarketing in health care industry preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Must be able to type a minimum 35 words per minute
Excellent diction and grammar
Proficiency with computers and software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable and responsible
Work with minimal supervision
Exhibit sense of urgency
Show initiative and take an enthusiastic proactive approach to work
