The Telesales Support Representative provides a tremendous opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated and ambitious candidate to generate leads and associated sales for the Dental, Orthodontic, Oral Surgery, and specialty dental markets for PracticeWorks Systems, LLC. The successful candidate will have the ability to generate leads across lines of business, and have the determination required to meet and exceed lead and sales targets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Source leads and deadlines and meet or exceed targets while working under pressure
? Disciplined approach to telesales telephone work with the ability to converse fluently with decision makers and ancillary personnel about PracticeWorks products and solutions
? Grow market penetration in competitive accounts, as well as the existing customer base, through lead generation activities and telephone follow up
? Establish rapport with the main decision makers in a dental practice
? Conduct cold calling campaigns with prospective clients
? Work and maintain the CRM system for existing and prospect customers
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Innovative professional with minimum 2 years of telesales experience in a fast-paced environment
? Strong focus and ability to generate qualified sales leads over the phone
? Dedicated and self-motivated team player/builder with a hardworking and creative approach to sales
? Computer experience and proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
? Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills
? Customer-focused approach to sales
? Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
? Dental industry knowledge preferred
