This position is responsible for providing our customers an exceptional banking experience through the relationships we build, the services and products we provide, and the professional image we portray.
Provide routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, fund transfers, and check cashing.
Provide money orders, cashier’s checks and gift cards.
Accept requests for stop payments and wire transfers
Identify and offer relevant banking services and products to our customers
Maintain the safety and confidentiality of customer information.
Follow all standard operating procedures
Effectively operate basic banking technologies such as personal computer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine, 10-Key, etc.
Accurately balance cash daily
Other duties as assigned.
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Be able to perform basic math-add, subtract, divide, multiply, fractions, and percentages.
Be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to effectively utilize computer technology.
Previous banking or cash handling experience
Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours at a time.
Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movement.
Ability to clearly speak, hear, see and communicate with our customers.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action
Ability to reach, squat, bend, and manually manipulate standard office equipment
