The Sales Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Operations team.

Responsible for Po order entry, PO Flex Module shipments and tracking
• Advises on the status of orders
• Confirms and updates shipments and changes on the “SO change request files” for international offices
• Updates daily commit dates in Oracle
• Works substantially on Excel spreadsheets for daily scheduling of shipments
• Generates Pivot tables and reports on Excel
• Removes, reviews and copies sales orders for monthly, and sometimes weekly, internal audits, reviews selections as well as external audits
• Reviews new orders, quotes and order revisions for accuracy before filling
• Enters RMA’s and ships out as required
• Liaises with product development teams
• Coordinates with shipping department on shipment issues
• Responds to shipment inquires from regional reps
• Coordinates with Accounting Department in regards to payment from customer prior to scheduling shipments
• Coordinates with regional sales reps to receive orders from customers and follow-up on payments from customers

  • Minimum of five years plus of experience in sales administration in the semiconductor industry
  • AA, or equivalent work experience
