Position Title: Temp. Administrative Asst.
Reports To : Sr. Director of Regulatory & Clinical
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
Note: The following responsibilities are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.
Experience Education Training Skills Traits:
- Filing and reoganizing contents of binders.
- Creating file labels, binder tabs.
- Organizing the physical and electronic Regulatory files (Regulatory submissions, certificates, etc.)
- Labeling files and file cabinets
- Data entry
Language and Verbal Skills
- At least one year clerical/administrative experience
- Microsoft Word skills - labeling
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions, ability to recognize patterns
- Requires basic computer skills in word and excel
Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Analytical and Reading Skills
Ability to read and interpret written instructions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform lifting tasks of up to 10 to 15 pounds for short durations. Duties of this job may involve standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. Duties also involve daily keyboard data entry. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
Most work will be performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
