Provide administrative support to the Director of Stewardship in infrastructure of Stewardship Department including but not limited to: processing donations from over 400 annual donors; Budget Management; Travel Arrangements for conferences and alumni gatherings; Scheduling internal STM and UA meetings; Process Fall and Spring Appeals, Prepare Honor Roll; General Administrative tasks; other duties as assigned.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer. Ability to hold confidentiality and to take directions as well as to work independently and problem-solve. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration/teamwork abilities with donors, alumni, students, faculty & staff. Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining multiple, and conflicting, calendars and priorities.
Knowledge of Raisers Edge.
