Job Description: The Team Leader manages the Facilities Set Up Team they are in charge of during the set-up and/or tear down process of temporary retail stores. Assist in the hiring, coaching, and training, of the facility team members. It is also the responsibility of the Team Leader to keep the lines of communication open with all departments in which they interact with during the Halloween set-up and teardown process.
Job Requirements: Assist in the hiring, training, coaching/counseling, and managing of the Facilities Set Up Team. Coordinate and execute all Company projects on-site and off-site. Track Facilities Set Up Teams hours and progress as well as conduct and evaluations. Travel to different markets during the store set up and tear down process.
Assist in remodels for family stores. Coordinate and execute minor repairs for family stores within the local area. Complete knowledge of all temporary store issues. Communication with all divisions in planning the set up and tear down process for temporary stores.
Capability to direct projects and instantly change priorities. Patience and flexibility in a fast paced environment during the season. Other Functions: Have computer skills, inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Capable of doing many different projects in house that normally would be contracted out High low, reach certified CDL class B license This job description is to be used as a guide for accomplishing company objectives, and only covers the primary functions and responsibilities of the position.
