This position will consist of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and processing a extremely large volumne of external candidates for temporary seasonal positions in a call center. In additon, all admintrative tasks associated with the selection process and onboarding will be their responsibilty.
This role will be fast paced, require great attention to detail and require someone who can balance mutliple tasks at one time while remaining positive, focused and enthusiastic. The successful person will need to be self driven, proactive and have the ability to solve problems.
Must possess a can do positive attitude and provde an exceptional level of customer service to all applicants
Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting/sourcing
High volume recruiting/sourcing a plus
Able to work overtime as needed
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Oracle experience a plus
At least one year administrative experience in an HR environment is preferred. Excellent customer service, MS Office skills, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
