Overview of position: Oversee 4-6 temporary Halloween City locations Challenging full time seasonal position Costumes, Accessories and Halloween Decor Direct store installations and set up, store operations and pack away Recruit, interview and hire Store Mgmt. Teams Assignments begin in mid July and end in Nov. Advance the brand, lead your market to victory Job Requirements: Summary of desired skills and experience Expertise in retail operations and merchandising. Ability to identify, hire and promote talent Multi-store retail management experience or equivalent.

Open availability, flexible to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Outlook Excel, retail POS systems Valid driver s license and ability to pass a background check Desire to inspire others and lead your team to success For immediate consideration, please apply online below
