American National’s Property Management team, located in our attractive office complex adjacent to the Marina in South Shore Harbour, is now seeking a Temporary Staff Assistant.
Essential Functions and Duties:
This individual will be responsible for providing support to the property management team by assisting in the following duties:
Answering telephone lines and providing prompt, friendly customer service to tenants and service providers
Maintaining tenant and vendor filing systems
Issuing building access cards and parking decals
Entering service work orders and following up on repeat issues
Maintaining tenant and vendor insurance certificates
Coding payables and following up on receivables
Assisting property management personnel as requested
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience
Experience in either commercial or residential property management is preferred
Attention to detail and organizational skills are imperative
Excellent people skills
Must be able to work well under pressure
