Sport&Health is seeking a Tennis Administrator who will be responsible for assisting in the day to day business operations of the Tennis Department.
Sport&Health requires a passionate, positive, focused and driven Tennis Administrator.
Maintaining a neat, courteous presence in the tennis office, greeting members, taking member comments and requests and forwarding them to the appropriate party for action.
Typing, printing and daily upkeep of court reservation schedules.
Recording private and group lessons,
Gathering staff employment and payroll information, typing and distributing it to the accounting department at the prescribed dates and maintaining these records in the tennis office.
Reporting staff hours for pay, matching against billing records to assure all lessons given have been billed.
Refilling supplies as needed and maintaining cleanliness.
Communicating with members regarding special events. Special events will include parties, tournaments, lessons, as well as other announcements.
Keeping all ladders, junior newsletters and shop information up to date.
Maintaining a junior information board containing current events, pictures and biographies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email communication in Windows format.
Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments.
Ability to study and apply new information.
Ability to take initiative, ownership and prioritize tasks.
Exhibit a professional and polite appearance at all times.
