As a Territory Manager you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned regions. Direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of financial goals and growth in line with company vision and values. You are to work with existing plans and strategies to expand the penetration of our product within the channels customer base while growing the partner relationship with your assigned regional banking teams.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute a business plan and sales strategy for the region that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Generate annual revenues of approximately $5,000,000.

Responsible for the performance and development of a team of relationship sales reps (PSS).

Develop and manage relationships within new Business Banking structure.

Remain knowledgeable of the company's products to assist team in the sales process.

Analyze sales data; prepare and deliver sales reports.

Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.


Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management and or 5 years merchant service sales experience.

Extensive experience in payment processing and full understanding of interchange.

Proven leadership and ability to mentor and drive high performing sales teams.

Strong relationship building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA a plus.
