Job Description:

This environmentally conscious company sells produce and related grocery items, including super-premium all-natural beverages.

Territory Merchandising Representative:
General merchandising of food and beverages across 400+ stores in Northern NJ and Staten Island. Establish and maintain “win-win" business relationships with supermarket personnel. Conduct general merchandising duties at store level which include, but are not limited to, placement of POS materials, installing glide racks, resetting displays (potentially adjusting shelves), rolling-out new chains or products, implementing secondary displays, and conducting market research projects. Analyze and utilize sales, scan, and IRI data to identify opportunity gaps and increase overall territory sales. The scope of the Territory Merchandising Representative will be adjusted based on business needs and market trends.

Qualifications

> Bachelor’s Degree ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED, due to advanced marketing projects and career path.

> Internal drive, high energy, resourceful, responsible, flexible, and organization skills

> Ability to work in a mobile environment and navigate assigned territory (extensive local travel with some overnight trips based on territory needs)

> Excellent communication skills

> Capable of analyzing information and assembling presentations for buying influences

> Capable and willing to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, resetting displays and installing glide racks

> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software applications

> Clean driving record / company car is provided.

Salary + Bonus + Benefits + company car with gas card + 2 weeks paid vacation + cell phone allowance + computer + internet allowance.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday days
