About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an energetic and articulate business to business sales representative in the healthcare industry to represent our services and products to medical clinics. This is one of the fastest growing fields in Healthcare today.

Responsibilities Include:
Acting in the role of Territorial Sales Manager;
Contacting and generating Customer leads;
Setting up appointments;
Demonstrating company products and service solutions;
Negotiating and closing deals as well as providing follow up;

Successful Candidate Job Functions:
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry to effectively sell our solutions.
Ability to demonstrate and articulate the value of Castle Medical.
Work with management to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Ability to generate leads by various resources.
Perform appropriate analysis to best determine customer’s needs.
Identify and assist with resolution of potential client concerns.
Preparation of action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
Communicate opportunities and provide feedback gathered through field activity.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings and follow up.
Prepare presentations and proposals.
The position requires a strong knowledge of selling products, maturity, a sense of urgency and self-direction. Our Top Producers make in excess of $300,000.

Minimum Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry in sales.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
Strong organizational, problem solving and administrative skills.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Must be comfortable presenting to internal executives and at client sites.

Base salary plus a strong residual commission structure.
