Accountabilities Include
  • Achieve volume, sales and gross margin profit goals established for assigned installers and the Wholesale Distributor network within the sales territory
  • Partner with the DBM team to develop individual WD business plans to increase consumer lubricants sales and monitor results
  • Work directly with the WD staff on sales calls with existing installers and new business opportunities
  • Ensure trade marketing programs are effectively implemented in the installed and WD channel
  • Partner with supervisor to evaluate and prioritize new segment/account opportunities within the region
  • Coordinate with various functional groups to plan and develop account specific programs and promotions
  • Review and evaluate competitive programs/selling tools to ensure product matches industry best practices
  • Continually practice Health, Safety, Security & Environment initiatives and meet company objectives in this area

    Experience Required:

    • A minimum of 3 years sales and territory management experience
    • Exceptional sales and negotiating skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Willingness and ability to travel overnight for up to 50% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
    • Proficient level skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

      Education Required:

      BS/BA pref.
