Royal Building Products, a division of Axiall Corporation, is offering an opportunity to apply your experience and skills as a Territory Sales Manager in the Western United States Division. This position will be responsible for growing the revenues and profits of the Western Division by adding distribution and creating demand for the Royal brand with contractors, builders and architects.


The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Help create and execute the territory sales plan to meet territory, regional and national sales strategy

• Manage and lead territory, General Manager of the territory

• Build and Manage a list of Target Customers within the territory, both new and existing

• 20% of this role is in maintaining existing share while 80% is in product and market development

• Build, maintain and expand relationships with key contacts in the territory, at all levels

• Creating business with remodeling companies, architects, decking contractors, and other trade professionals to increase market share of the company’s products

• Be the point person on customer service and logistic issues with current distribution

• Obtain and report feedback on customer service, logistics and competition on a bi-weekly basis

• Update and plan call appointments effectively using a CRM tool in order to help achieve territory objectives

• Work with the Regional Sales Director to evaluate and adjust the territory strategy as needed


• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years outside sales experience

• Building products knowledge a plus


The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

• Experience working with channel partners within the building products arena

• Flexible - able to travel on a weekly basis up to 50% of time

• Experience with selling to distributors as well as architects, contractors, trade professionals
