The Territory Sales Manager must be an energetic self-starter who has experience in both direct and indirect sales channels, with experience with one and two tier distribution. In this role you will travel throughout the region to provide training and support to Var, Reseller, and Dealer base, in addition to conducting end user demonstrations and trainings. You will carry an annual quota and be responsible for closing profitable deals according to margin targets set by Logitech for Business.

Attain annual quota by assuming responsibility for building a specific region.
Be responsible for prospecting new leads and maintaining networks among referral partners and personal contacts.
Understand and execute solution selling vs. commodity product selling.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Present and articulate the business value of Logitech for Business as well as other complimentary products.
Coordinate demos that include shipping of products and scheduling pre-sales engineering support, as well as carrying out the demo at the customer’s location.
Extensively use the CRM system to track sales data and follow up on all leads through close of sale and account management after the sale.
Participate in the execution of marketing campaigns including traveling to trade shows, quickly following up on lead generation activities and attend other events as necessary.
Attend formal training classes held by Logitech for Business and in addition to self initiated training on products and industry trends.
Close business through channel partners and end-users, at times playing the lead role with the customer and other times playing a supporting role to the dealer.
Work in conjunction with distribution partners when necessary or as requested.
Undertake regular business reviews with channel partners.
Influence and encourage the channel partners sales forces to execute effectively Logitech's growth programs and forecasted sales.
Work with channel partners and Logitech regional marketing on programs which drive the sale of Logitech products through tier two resellers.
Review on a regular basis with partners; pipeline, sales out data, creating and executing plans as necessary to ensure targets get met.

Proven and solid sales experience selling into UCC, and IT channels is essential, as well as to end-users.

Strong sales and communications skills and be technically able to demonstrate equipment and deliver presentations.
Bring business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with Channel partners and close deals with end-users.
This is a commissioned sales position, and must be located within the Region that is being served.
