Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, a leading manufacturer of metal building components, is now seeking an experienced successful outside sales representative for the position of Territory Sales Manager for our North Carolina territory.
The position is responsible for developing and implementing market strategies for all accounts, strategically positioning products with targeted accounts, increase sales opportunities, build relationships, solve problems, and increase customer loyalty. The position manages an existing portfolio of accounts as well as seeks out new accounts to achieve sales growth and profit goals.

- Bachelor degree in business or marketing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience selling in the building materials industry
- Sales and take-off experience with roof and wall systems is preferred
- Proven successful sales experience
- Must demonstrate planning and development skills that have led to sales growth
- Ability and desire to travel up to 50%
- Demonstrated experience moving prospects through proposal, evaluation, negotiation, and closing stages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software products
