Description

TheTerritory Manager will grow sales of West control Solutions Temperature Control and Recorder products within a defined territory by adding new OEM customers and improving and expanding relationships at existing Distributor and OEM customer. This position will have the added reasonability of developing new national and regional distribution chains.

Primary responsibilities:
Improve, expand and build high level relationships at existing Distributor and OEM customers to increase sales

Train and support distributors in the territory to grow sales. Add new distributors in uncovered geographies and market niches

Provide voice of customer to drive new product development and the creation of new/improved services to grow sales

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline or related field
  • 5+ years of product selling in a related industry
  • Demonstrated use of Value Added Selling techniques
  • Excellent teamwork and communications with customers, customer service and engineering
  • Travel Requirements: 75%
  • Overnight Travel Required 2 to 3 nights a week.
  • Ability to work independently, effective time management and personal organization
Prefered requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years selling Temperature Controls in SW
Experience in but not limited to OIL/GAS/SEMI
