As a Test Center Manager (TCM), you are a key member of the Test Center leadership team. You will lead a team of Test Center Administrators to a deliver secure, quality testing experience for all candidates. You will train, motivate, lead and coach your team. The Test Center Manager works in a fast paced environment in a professional office setting. This full-time position requires the ability to work flexible hours.
Test Center Operations and Security:
Insure that Prometric’s Standard Operating Procedures, Client Practices, and security protocols are strictly adhered to at all times.
Work with Corporate Site Capacity team to open and close test center hours. With this information, plan and prepare staff schedules.
Work with internal teams (GCC, Help Desk, Site Operations, etc.) to support Test Center Operations to insure successful test delivery and client metrics.
File Center Problem Reports (CPRs) to report unusual situations or candidate complaints.
First point of contact for anything related to the site, including candidate or building issues. Escalate issues as necessary.
Drive test center success and profitability by maximizing center scheduling through employee availability, appropriate management of temporary workers and overtime.
Manage the Test Center’s controllable expenses through efficient ordering and maintaining of supplies.
Act as a TCA to administer tests as needed.
Build and train a capable and talented team of Test Center Administrators, ensuring development of the overall center’s team. Includes interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
Develop top performers and consistently evaluate performance, provide coaching and direct performance feedback
Manage and approve all time off requests; review and approve all Cybershift time entries.
High School diploma required with some college experience preferred.
3-5 years customer service experience and at least 2 years experience in managing employees.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Demonstrated dynamic leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop employees.
Excellent problem-solving ability; ability to make quick decisions to address various situations.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of candidates and employees and remain calm under pressure or in stressful situations.
Commitment to outstanding customer service.
