Responsible for the day-to-day sustaining maintenance activities of all test tool sets in production (e.g., die level probe, die level visual inspection, burn-in ovens)
Responsible for tool level SPC, calibrations, correlations, and PMs.
Interface with and support Test Development team – assist with release of new tools and procedures to the floor.
Update production documentation.
Establish manufacturing systems for improved Test Uptime and Throughput.
Maintain Test Inventory and Spares
Primary role will be focused on test hardware. Secondary role may include assisting peers on Vacuum, wet etch and litho tool repairs.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience):
BS in Engineering (ME, EE) or Physics.
Advanced electronics and computer skills.
Well versed with advanced troubleshooting techniques. ( soldering, volt meters, mechanical assemblies, temperature control, microscopes,vacuum, PLC logic, and ESD.
Experience with semiconductor probing, optics, and robotic test systems a plus.
Knowledge of Statistical process control. Knowledge of JMP software a plus
