Essential Responsibilities: Develop and implement test plans for analog and digital products. Develop and maintain pc-based ATE stations and software. Design test boards and test fixtures. Write test specifications and test procedures. Assist in training and supporting manufacturing technicians. Assist in identifying and eliminating failure modes. Assist in new product development with suppliers and product Design Engineers. Participate in outsourced product validation efforts. Basic Qualifications: BSEE degree and 2+ years experience, or BSEET degree and 3+ years experience. Programming experience ( eg. C++ , Lab View , HP VEE , Visual BASIC ). Strong knowledge of electronic measuring devices ( eg. DMM, Scope, Audio Analyzers). Strong background in analog, digital and power electronics. Good written and oral communication skills. Desired Characteristics: Basic to strong knowledge of HP VEE. Experience with DSP technology. Experience with GPIB, TCP/IP, I2C and I2S communication protocols. Experience with digital audio transport mechanisms; including AES, CobraNet, and AVB. Knowledge of SPC and statistical analysis. Background in audio electronics. Self-motivated. Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to travel. Willingness to work in an office in Elkhart, Indiana. Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test.
