As a Measurement Test Technician,
you will work with computer programs to acquire analog measurement
data from various semiconductor parameter analyzers.
Necessary minimum experience:
2 years using at least one of the following hardware: Agilent
B1500, 4156, or 5270 Semiconductor parameter analyzers.
years using at least one of the following software: Agilent’s
IC-CAP or National Instruments’ LabView; specifically with
using the equipment above to take measurements on individual
- Demonstrate ability to perform measurements
using a combination of the hardware and software listed above.
2 years experience using a wafer prober, preferably
- Good understanding of the operation of
Bipolar, CMOS, and HBT devices.
- Ability to calibrate and
measure using a Vector Network Analyzer.
- Proficiency with
using bench test instruments to perform measurements and circuit
- This position is open for
candidate with 2 -5 years of industry experience, in the field of
test and measurement of semiconductor parameters, both DC and AC.
- The candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of
semiconductor devices; specifically Bipolar, HBT, and CMOS
transistors. He must demonstrate the ability to create test
programs in IC-CAP, LabView or similar test executive program to
control one of the following semiconductor parameter analyzers:
Agilent E5270, B1500, or 4156B.
- They must also be able
to operate a wafer prober and incorporate programming the wafer
prober into his test programs.
- They must be able to
calibrate measure S-parameters of active devices using a Vector
Network Analyzer and bias supplies.
- The familiarity with
the following is considered a plus, but not a replacement of the said
- Use of spectrum analyzers, digital
storage oscilloscopes, handheld multi-meters, impedance analyzers and
expertise in exporting data from all instruments into report formats
suitable to use by engineers.
