AMDOCS Inc. – Richardson, TX
Coordinate testing strategy, estimations, and functional testing planning, design, and execution for suite of telecommunications customer care and billing software products. Provide strategy, analysis, scope, and estimation for testing activities. Collaborate with version management, business analysts, and development teams to define release scope. Define risk management and develop related mitigations. Prepare testing scope reports. Verify business plans and revenue reports. Prepare and approve vendors’ scope of work.
Master of Science in computer science and two years of telecommunications customer care software test lead experience or Bachelor of Science in computer science and five years of telecommunications software testing experience or Associate’s degree in computer science or engineering concentration and six years of telecommunications customer care and billing software development and testing experience.
Must have experience managing testing group of at least five testers.
Must have customer facing experience.
Must have experience with HP, SUN, CITRIX, UNIX, XML Spy, Tuxedo, API Method Invoker, and Quality Center.
