Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to the apparel finishing segment of NBD group.

Responsibilities include:
working with R&D for any new product development, working on improving the disperse dyeing project and providing support to export the technology developed in NA to the commercial teams around the world.
Will provide support in helping to get the Enoree AT properly equiped .
Providing technical support for the applications technology lab and the equipment used in the labs.
Expected to always work safely and be an example for others in regards to safety.

Qualifications:
Background in textiles and dyeing is highly desirable
Emulsion Polymerization knowledge
Good personal skills to work with customers and CE commercial teams worldwide
Able to multi-task and work with diverse groups
Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to learn, understand, and apply chemistry knowledge as acquired.
Fluent in Mandarin is highly desired
Experience in 6-sigma methodology or statistical analysis is desirable. Minitab experience a plus.
Strong technical skills in polymer chemistry
Background in textiles and dyeing is preferrred
Fluent in Mandarin desirable
Ability to multitask and handle simultaneous assignments with little supervision.
Ability to work as a self-directed individual while providing timely and informative reports.
Ability to accept and comply with required due dates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and ideas.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Excels in a team oriented environment.
Willingness to travel - especially to China, India, Vietnam and other places with textile mills
