Our Dorothy B. Mitchell Community Behavioral Health center in Mesa provides confidential services for children, youth and their families. Counseling, case management, medication management and support services are provided for those eligible under the Magellan of Arizona contract. Staff members also facilitate and provide in-home family support services, the Parent and Children Teaming Together Program (PACTT) and the After School Program.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; hours may vary depending on needs of program.
Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling in office or in-home settings in accordance with client/family strengths and needs. Provide clinical expertise to the Child and Family Team or other collaborative base model and serve as a point of contact and communication while working in congruence with the team process. Bring Child and Family Teams Team or other collaborative base models together and serve as a facilitator and/or team member; act as an extension of the clinician (for Clinician I and II); and arrange that the Plan is carried out. Provide Initial Assessments. Develop Individualized Service Plans. Develop Crisis and Safety plans. Evaluate and continually monitor client/family progress in meeting goals and anticipated outcomes. Provide case management services as needed. Maintain the clinical records in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and A NEW LEAF policy and procedures. Receive clinical supervision as required by state law and A NEW LEAF policy and procedures.This position might have other requirements.
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, LISAC
Spanish-Bilingual is preferred, but not required for this position. Master's degree in behavioral health related field. Two (2) years behavioral health work experience. Clean 39 month driving record. Class One Fingerprint clearance card. Valid AZ Drivers License. This position might have other requirements.
