Description: The Ticket Office Intern positions are intended to introduce individuals to all aspects of a BCS Conference, Division I ticket office operation. Individuals will gain experience in customer service management, day to day operations, game day management, fiscal responsibility, and a greater understanding of the athletic department as a whole. Two (2) positions are being offered. Both positions work closely together to share duties while focusing on the operations at our two locations. The two positions will focus on the day to day operations at the Matthew Knight Arena Ticket Office, working with all events that take place in the facility. This position will also require working with outside promoters for various non-athletic events. Another aspect of the position will focus on the day to day operations at the Athletic Ticket Office (located inside the Autzen Stadium Complex), working with all non-arena based athletic events. Both interns will be required to work all home football games and other athletic events as assigned. Sport oversight duties of all non-season ticketed sports will be shared by both interns. Locations and responsibilities are subject to change as needed for the efficiency of the office.Responsibilities: Daily contact with the general public and donors to provide customer service, data entry, event management, daily printing and distribution of tickets and invoices, overseeing player-guest admission, managing the student ticket process, vault management assistance, website management, submitting daily reports to outside organizations, act as the liaison with the Marketing Office for the Junior Duck Program, and other duties as assigned.
