Hiring Salary: $12/hr

The Ticket Operations Lead will assist the Ticket Operations Assistant and Ballpark Coordinator-Ticket Operations with the management and supervision of all ticket operation functions including staffing, cash management, inventory management and ticket order processing for Goodyear Ballpark-Spring Training.

This position requires a minimum of one spring training season of experience on Ticketmaster Host and Archtics ticketing system.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) seasons in a ticket services/operations position for a professional sports facility. Experience should include intermediate skill level in MS Excel, as well as Ticketmaster Host and Archtics programs. Ideal candidate will possess a great attitude, the ability to deal with all types of personalities, and the ability to train and motivate a team and excellent attention to detail.
