-Performs intake and setup function for escalated title related issues from both internal and external clients in the title claim database and file directories
-Respond to all requests for documentation and support with 24 hours.
-Produces and prepares documentation/correspondence in support of claim filed.
-Update servicing systems as needed.
-Responsible for completing and sending title claim packages to title companies and outside counsel.
-Preparation of documentation and packages to be processed/submitted/shipped including loan files and administrative/legal documents. May identify/request additional/missing documentation when
-Track claim filing and follow-up for acknowledgement and assignment to counsel.
-Prepare and maintain accurate reporting of all claims and their status.
-Other duties as assigned. Necessary.
-2-5 year mortgage experience, preferably in the default mortgage servicing arena
-Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.
-Strong oral and written communication abilities.

-Work well under time constraints.
