Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.
This position is responsible for assisting the Field Support Manager in various tasks.

Processes incoming materials from various jobsites.
Works with suppliers to obtain credit and return authorizations.
Processes personal tool purchases for employees.
Performs Tool Specialist duties and assists with pulling tool orders
Tags rental tools as needed.
Assists with the shipping and receiving function.
Delivers materials to and from various jobsites as needed.
Keeps warehouse area neat, organized, and orderly.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Acces, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Basic electrical knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience in tool maintenance and repair is a plus.

OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety Shoes, Hard Hat, Gloves, Safety Glasses)
Work is performed primarily in a workshop environment and may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from high speed printers and other peripherals, as well as from power tools. Work involves standing for extended periods of time. General tool and material handling is required. Occasional travel to various worksites may also be required, depending on assignment.
