Our Information Technology and Consumer Products business is currently looking for SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Associates.
Role & Responsibilities:
The SAP TPM Associate will be responsible for applying deep understanding of the Trade Promotion processes, SAP CRM and ECC solutions to implement Trade Promotion Management solutions for our Consumer, Media and Digital practice.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to project teams in SAP CRM and TPM
Help clients conceptualize and design new or improved CRM strategies to provide valuable data at each stage of the promotion program
Apply market/process best practices and analytical techniques to create new promotion insights and drive recommendations
Work closely with other functional and industry services lines such at IT Strategy, Consumer, Media & Digital, ERP and SCM to deliver holistic solutions
Provide hands on thought leadership expertise in CRM/TPM processes, organization design, information technology strategy, design and implementation, performance metrics and change management techniques
Work closely with client and project team members to generate practical solutions and ensure clients assume the ownership required for successful implementation
Assist in the execution of market strategies and contribute to the development of new service offerings
Minimum of 3 years experience delivering SAP CRM/TPM solutions, with at least two full lifecycle implementations
Minimum of 2 years TPM business process knowledge in the Consumer Products industry
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
Ability to define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design/prototype, test and implement SAP and TPM solutions
Demonstrated understanding of the composition and functions of Trade Promotion Management realized with SAP CRM and SAP SCM
Ability to organize and implement the TPM process
Proficient understanding of SAP system architecture, monitoring and settings
General knowledge of SAP tables structure and BI cube design
Proficient with CRM IMG, Solution Manager and ECC pricing procedure
General understanding of BPS planning layouts, ECC claims processing/accounting and SAP transport management
Ability to configure data mapping between CRM and ECC for condition types; CRM and BI for promotional data
Prior consulting or client service experience, demonstrating progressive advancement and a record of achievement
Strong oral, written presentation and communication skills
Strong leadership and facilitation skills
Education: BS degree in Computer Science/Systems or Engineering, advanced degree preferred
Ability to travel 100%
