The NYI Traffic Coordinator’s main responsibility is to maximize revenues for NY Interconnect Sales division of Cablevision Media Sales. Responsible for creating schedules that ensure highest revenue and priority spots are placed and properly air. Logs are created for over 69 networks for 52 zones. The Coordinator’s functions include working in Open TV/ Eclipse & Strata / TIM applications. Network programming and formatting for break schedules, creative Copy preparation for 30 linear commercials, their point of entry and management. Duties also include daily spot billing reconciliation, verification and affidavit/ invoice generation. This includes scheduling of all Cash Linear advertising spots, Advance Platforms contracts, NCC/ National spots, PSAs and promotions. The NYI Coordinators works with the NYI & NCC Account Executives on a daily/ weekly basis to ensure all missed spots/ revenue and dealt with.
The qualified candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2 years relevant office experience. Excellent Communication skills. Ability to develop self. Must be flexible with changing work priorities. Individual must possess strong organizal skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Mature judgement and ability to work independently, plan ahead and the ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines. Knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must. 4 year college degree preferred.
