Seeking well-organized, experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our in-house creative team. Position entails maintaining the timely and orderly flow of all creative jobs from initiation through completion. Candidate must have a firm understanding of current graphic design, printing methods and technology, as well as familiarity with production standards for print, multimedia and web channels.

Candidate must have the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects, under a tight deadline, without losing sight of the details. Other essentials include excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong, positive attitude.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Bachelors degree preferred in Graphic Arts, Advertising, Marketing or a related discipline, and a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in project management, or experience in the creative/ traffic department of an advertising agency. Familiarity with both Mac and PC computers is necessary, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of job management software applications.
