Position Summary:
The Trafficker executes online ad campaigns through proprietary ad serving technologies, provides customer support and communicates technology issues that arise to sales and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Manage day-to-day servicing needs of clients including campaign trafficking, reporting, and follow up with any additional requests.
•Test and QA advertising materials, which includes assuring correct display on common browsers, the creative meets site specs, and click-through works properly.
•Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with Third Party vendors.
•Provide professional customer service to sales team, account management team, and clients.
•Utilize multiple ad serving systems to traffic and test creative; schedules and targets ad campaigns; generates tracking codes, and provides necessary reporting.
•Provide ad specifications to the client, Account Manager, and Salesperson
•Processes optimization tasks for advertising campaigns
•Create, manage and maintain publisher tags.
•Traffic multiple products in multiple ad serving systems.
•Help development team with QA on new products.
•Upload default creative for publishers.

•Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organizational skills, excellent written communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Office. Basic understanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text editors.
•Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
•Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
•Proactive, must be able to troubleshoot in real time.
•Ability to juggle multiple projects, ability to handle/manage various data and ability to understand different ad serving and Rich Media technologies.
•Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently.

Education and/or Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred, must have High School diploma or equivalent.
•One year experience in a customer service environment.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
•Experience with MS Office applications.
•Familiar with HTML and Javascript.
•Understanding of Web technologies.
