Training & Development Specialist!
Job responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a learning-based environment as a trainer or instructional designer. He or she will be highly independent, but able to navigate matrixed reporting relationships and facilitate cooperation among audiences with differing priorities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in mastering technology and making this knowledge accessible to less technical users.
- Assessment of learning needs and creation and execution of learning solutions
- Facilitation of learning and development sessions (both in-person and virtual)
- Creation and maintenance of learning content on the Learning Management System.
- Measurement of training success and learner impact.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
Three to five years Learning & Development experience, with strong presentation development and facilitation experience. Prior experience in creating a training solution based on needs assessment is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong technology skills; Strong time management skills with the ability to handle changing priorities. The ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence. Experience working with Learning Management Systems and distance learning support his strongly preferred.
