This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining both internal and external training materials, and webinars, etc. for the iCIMS product line and iCIMS partners as needed using the ADDIE Model. The specialist will conduct needs analysis to fully understand and therefore prepare for the training event. Using survey and ticketing metrics, the specialist will modify and create training deliverables to ensure a comprehensive and effective curriculum.

Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and maintains training material and communications on an as needed basis.
Delivers Instructor-Led and eLearning training events to internal and external users.
Maintains a strong understanding of ICIMS products and serves as the go-to person for the team.
Works with other departments to identify and execute training events.
Works with the TCM to understand and help define the vision, direction and priority of the Training & Communications (T&C) team.
Attends all required T&C related meetings.
Develops a deep understanding of users’ needs through direct and indirect contact.
Keeps abreast of industry news and competitive offerings.
Travel is 50% to 75% Travel plans would be coordinated among the existing team to determine the specifics of conducting “off-site” training (if so requested).

Qualifications:
Experience developing and delivering training on SaaS or software.
An in-depth understanding on the system from an internal and external user’s perspective.
Strong listening and written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Camtasia, Audition (Soundbooth), and Articulate.
Strong ability to quickly understand vendor software and how they apply to the iCIMS Talent Platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box and develop solutions that may not be immediately obvious.
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
A clear ability to manage a range of different personality types in a facilitative and mature manner.
Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization.
Extreme attention to detail.
A proven ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results.
The desire to be part of, and to contribute to, a team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to keeping sensitive information confidential.
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
3 plus years delivering technical training.
1-2 plus years iCIMS and/or Industry experience preferred.
2 plus years of experience creating training documentation and eLearning or equivalent.
