According to the McKinsey report on big-data, by 2018, the United States alone could face a shortage of 140,000 to 190,000 people with deep analytical skills.

R is one of the key technologies that enable this transformation. Revolution Analytics is in need of experienced training administrator to lead the administrative aspects of a multi-faceted training program, specifically managing the training infrastructure and providing core logistical support. He/she should promote Revolution Analytics ’ values and vision through training and support. Responsibilities Logistics Execute everyday Learning Management System (LMS) logistics requirements and related policies, procedures and processes, such as registration and rosters of training activities.

Manage training logistics for Instructor-led-trainings such as venue bookings/cancellation, informing participants, scheduling Instructors, and financial settlements Infrastructure Responsible for updating content, monitoring and editing data as and when required. Evaluate business requirements related in using and configuring LMS application for Partners, vendors, and customers. Conduct Train-the-trainer sessions for Instructors/SMEs on virtual learning technologies. Work with LMS vendor to implement and test enhancements, troubleshoot errors, identify areas of improvement, etc.

Administer terminated/expired accounts in the LMS Customer Interaction Provide user support for training events. Communicate with Vendors/Partners/Customers to resolve system related issues and inform upcoming training/events Work as a liaison between Revolution and Vendors/Partners/Customers to evaluate and present training data. Respond to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports Implement and Maintain Define and implement processes to capture baseline data; define and manage measurement and reporting databases and prepare reports. Generate reports and performs analytics to be presented to the internal/external stakeholders.

Support the roll-out of new functionality or processes by implementing communication plans, just in time training tools, and consultation. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data while integrating with other enterprise systems. Required Skills Should have at least 5 years of administrative level experience in a training department. Experience managing training/event processes and procedures such as scheduling, enrollments, rosters, waitlists, etc.

Ability to communicate with customers effectively Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should have strong analytical skills Good to have skills Prior experience in Vendor and Partner management System administration skills, especially with some of the cloud-based solutions such as Amazon, Rackspace etc. This might include some level of programming experience. Prior experience working with Adobe Connect or similar technologies. Prior experience in managing a learning management system Some experience in event management Some exposure to developing trainings and training principles
