Responsible for maintaining computerized and hard-copy employee Training records, conducting daily audits, and performing other administrative duties as required.
Maintain computer and hard-copy employee and contract employee training records.
Assist during vendor and internal audits
Perform monthly audits of selected records for accuracy.
Retrieve needed information from the computer data base.
Pick-up and distribute completed training materials and correspondence throughout the TIMCO facilities.
Prepare needed correspondence.
Prepare and ship items needed to support the training function within and away from the TIMCO facilities.
Audit completed training forms for accuracy and completeness.
Responsible for ordering supplies, furniture, etc.
Daily distribution of incoming and outgoing mail for the Training Department.
Assist customers with administrative duties as may be required.
Phone and fax usage.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Computer Skills
Must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic data entry
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Read, write and understand the English Language
Valid driver’s license required
