Reporting to the Manager of Business Applications, the Training Coordinator is responsible for creating an overarching vision for the training function, leading the development and execution of training activities to effectively realize the vision, as well as the identification and development of training plans to meet the technical skill sets required in the organization. The Training Coordinator provides training coordination, administrative, development and logistical support for classroom and virtual training events.
The incumbent provides primary support and leadership for Training. Ensures the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects including management, design, development, coordinate and conduct small or large scale training programs. We are seeking a seasoned professional who is able to articulate the business value of training solutions. The successful candidate will be a change agent who is quick to understand organizational structures and processes and drives change in areas where clear benefits and efficiencies are to be gained.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Information Technology or related field.
5+ years of experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
MS Office proficiency.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
International travel is expected and could vary from time to time.
