Prepares and maintains training materials and schedules. Ensures that all training materials, facilities, evaluation materials, trainers are available. Ensures that hardware and software systems are available prior to the start of a class. Ensures that the systems are properly configured. Responds to customer needs to develop training schedules and to identify future training needs. Reviews training materials and training presentations. Ensures that trainers are effectively presenting the required material. Evaluates training plans. Develops and evaluates student learning against training goals. Evaluates learners and provides feedback on learning performance. Makes recommendations for modifying course content or delivery as needed.
To be considered for this position, you must be a US citizen and be able to meet the full eligibility requirements for access to classified information in an intelligence community setting.
Qualifications: Within the last eight (8) years, must have at least six (6) years of experience working as a course developer/trainer in the field relating to the discipline specified in the TTO. Knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office products EXCEL, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; familiarity various instructional tools including web-based, classroom and video teleconferencing.

SIGINT (i.e. Tactical, National, Collection Management, Mission Management, Overhead, RF,Other)
Associate Directorate for Education and Training (ADET) standards
