This position is responsible our hourly and management position development programs from hard copy to e-learning methods. This role must completely understand operations/business financials, staff engagement and have a passion for the guest experience. They must think in terms of working through people to accomplish desired results. This is a behind the scenes, strategic role with an emphasis on developing new training methods geared towards the array of generations in our workforce.

BS in general business studies and a minimum of 3 years as a general manager of a service industry venue, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
