The purpose of this position will be to develop, promote and administer product and process training to an internal client base, with a focus on the needs of our Field Service Technician employee base.

This position shall work within the organization to:
  • Work with existing internal network to develop content and materials for general and specialized product, process and general marketing training.
  • Serve as program manager, including full responsibility for scheduling and logistics.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years within the oil and gas industry, with specific knowledge in the area of oil and gas processing systems. Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering specialized training programs, experience within several departments of an organization, commercial and technical judgment, good organizational skills, and the ability to work on several issues concurrently is required.

Presentation and public speaking skills are required. Ability to lead a team is a must.

College degree in a related field of study is preferred.
