General Summary:
A Training Manager is responsible for a team of Trainers who are all remote employees and deliver training on our portfolio of 2D and 3D dental imaging equipment and software. Training is delivered either at the customer location or online. Training Manager must work closely with the other Training Managers and customers both internal and external.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Full time salaried employee of Carestream Dental
  • Must provide a dedicated quiet work environment with reliable high speed internet access if remote
  • Monitor team members’ schedules
  • Approve expense reports for team
  • Monitor and track Training Reports
  • Update Training Department statistics
  • Mentor team members
  • Be available to team members at all times
  • Conduct regular team meetings
  • Continues to build product/industry knowledge
  • Submit expense reports in a timely manner
  • Assists in sales, customer support and educational development as needed
  • Participants in seminars, users meetings and tradeshows as needed
  • Customer interaction
Requirements:
