The Training Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating training activities required for full compliance with applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations and standards. Conducts training sessions and identifies potential training needs. Receives direction and assistance from the Corporate Director, Staff Development and Training.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in a social or behavioral science or other acceptable related field. Three years experience in a correctional setting required. Additional experience in training, classroom instruction or curriculum development preferred. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the education to a maximum of two years.
